Pennie Herrera Wardlow

Pennie Herrera Wardlow is known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to her clients. Pennie’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. As a Taos native and seasoned real estate professional, Pennie recognizes the value and trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Pennie has been a valued local Realtor in Taos for almost three decades, working to serve our clients interests. 

Pennie’s experience has been:

  • Purchasing and renovating homes
  • Founding a non-profit 501 C3 animal organization (Four Corners Animal League)
  • Former member of the New Mexico Animal Shelter Board (by appointment of Governor Bill Richardson)
  • Former member of the Taos County Tax Protest Board
  • Former member of Animal Cruelty Task Force, with New Mexico Attorney General Gary King
  • Former board member of Taos Integrated School of Arts

Pennie has also been frequently nominated by the New Mexico Veterinary Board to be on the shelter board and assist in setting standards for al shelters in New Mexico, and was awarded the Taos County Chamber of Commerce Humanitarian Award and has received numerous Century 21 awards.
