Come Breathe at SPACE Taos: Join this transformative breath practice guided by Alison Lancaster Beckner. There are two classes every week on Tuesdays from 9 - 10:15 a.m. and Wednesdays from 6 - 7:15 p.m. Learn more.

Tai Chi/Qigong at Little Bear Spiritual Wellness Center: Learn and practice the art of Qigong and move chi throughout the body to improve physical vitality and calm the mind. Classes happen Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. and Sundays at 10 a.m. Learn more.
