Fresh Start Smoothie


                Recipe:

  •  Handful of Kale
  • 2 Carrots
  •  1 large apple
  •  6 oz. coconut water
  •  6 oz. filtered water
  • 6-8 ice cube
  • Add Superfruit or Acai powder for an extra boost!

Add all ingredients into a high power blender or vitamix for several minutes.
Pour immediately and savor!
